CEO
Andrew Depperschmidt is a licensed Professional Engineer who has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, serving both engineering service providers and owner-operators while leading organizations through growth, market expansion, and operational transformation. Throughout his career, he has focused on aligning strategy, execution, and culture to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that support clients’ planning, design, and infrastructure development objectives. He graduated from Colorado School of Mine with an M.S. in Engineering Systems and a B.S. in Engineering Physics.
Andrew is passionate about building strong relationships that inspire trust and drive results.
Austin Dean
PRESIDENT OF US OPERATIONS
Austin Dean is a Process Engineer with over 10 years of experience in engineering design projects for well pad facilities, gathering systems, and midstream natural gas plants. His experience includes full facility engineering support, green and brownfield development, and multidisciplinary project management for well pad facilities, gas plants, and water handling systems. His areas of expertise include jet pump artificial lift surface facilities, dynamic hydraulic modeling, and project execution. Austin graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering.
Austin brings a client-first mentality through a tireless effort to add value to the projects and teams he leads.
Kyler Lunberg
PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING
Kyler Lunberg is a licensed Professional Engineer with over eight years of experience in power delivery and utility engineering consulting, complemented by five years as an electrical contractor installing high power motors, various electrical equipment, and control systems. His diverse background in both engineering and construction has allowed him to bridge the gap between design and real-world constructability, ensuring practical and efficient engineering solutions.
Kyler's approach is to build a relationship with his clients to become an extension of their workforce and bring a true value add to his clients' projects.
Marc Marinus
PRESIDENT OF INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS
Marc Marinus is a Senior Designer with 15 years of experience in facility and pipeline design across upstream, midstream, and downstream energy projects. His background includes leading design efforts for multi-well facilities, compressor stations, pipeline systems, and terminals while working closely with engineers and clients to ensure constructability and efficient project execution. Known for his attention to detail, he consistently delivers high-quality designs that meet the complex demands of the industry.
Marc is one of the cornerstones of our company culture, bringing his passion for collaboration and continuous improvement to every project.
Travis Hutchinson
PRINCIPAL
Travis Hutchinson has nearly 20 years of experience in Energy, both working directly for the owner and for the engineering company supporting the owner. For the past 10 years, he has worked for upstream operators with a focus on all aspects of planning, design and execution of facilities and infrastructure to support full field development. Prior to joining Gold Creek, Travis was responsible for production, facilities, infrastructure and midstream at Franklin Mountain Energy until their sale to Coterra. He graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
Travis is focused on adding value to the client while partnering with them to solve challenges and achieve shared success.
